All Items are one of a kind. Every gemstone item is unique and cannot be duplicated.

PAYMENT: Payments made by credit card or PayPal will be shipped 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. If a payment is made by check, the shipment will be held for a 10 day period before any shipments or refunds are made.

SOLD ITEM: If an item is purchased and was sold before your actual purchase was completed, we will try to send another item that is similar in style, shape or color. A gift card may be offered as well.

RETURN: If an item has been received and you do not wish to keep it, you may return it within 3 days after receipt. Otherwise, we will charge a re-stocking fee for its' return. The item must first be returned to us in the same condition as it was when it was shipped. If it is not and damages have occurred, an evaluation of the damages will be made before a refund is made.

SHIPPING: All items are sent at no charge via USPS within the United States. If a different method is requested, a fee will be charged. A tracking number is given to every item shipped, so the status will always be available at any time while the item is in route to its' final destination. Once it has been delivered, we are notified by USPS.

GUARANTEE: We try to produce high quality products. We will guarantee the workmanship for one year. If an item should require repair due to manufacturing error, you may return it to us and we will try to accommodate it as quickly as possible. If an item needs repair due to other reasons, such as hits or been dropped, and the stone needs to be reset, you may return it for evaluation and if possible, we will try to repair it in such a way no further damage will happen to the setting.
